All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons, festive periods, sale events, or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly longer.
For customized, altered, or made-to-order products, additional processing time may be required. Customers will be informed of any significant delays whenever possible.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. For international shipping inquiries, customers may contact us directly before placing an order to check availability and shipping charges.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Other Cities and Towns: 5–10 business days
- Remote Locations: 7–14 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier service availability, weather conditions, public holidays, regional restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
From time to time, Lailac Studio may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order values. Such offers are subject to change without prior notice.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message containing tracking details, where available. Customers can use the provided tracking information to monitor the status of their shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment of returned orders.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including:

Lailac Studio shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Inspection Upon Delivery
We recommend that customers inspect their package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, please document the condition and contact us immediately.
Any concerns regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect products should be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting photographs.
Delays Beyond Our Control
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

- Government regulations or restrictions

- Courier service interruptions
Lailac Studio shall not be held liable for delays resulting from such circumstances.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue and provide assistance where possible.
International Orders (If Applicable)
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country. Delivery timelines may vary based on customs clearance procedures.
